The 10-speed square shell Battery Sorting Machine is an automatic sorting device

 suitable for square shell batteries. This device is compatible with multiple 

battery cell sorting. The device uses an internal resistance tester to test the 

internal pressure and internal resistance of square shell batteries. 

According to the host computer software settings, the parameters

 of each battery cell are tested, and different levels of batteries 

are transferred to different channels according to the judgment results,

 thereby realizing the automatic sorting of battery products 

(the device has a code scanning data storage function).

The equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, a code scanning mechanism, 

a testing mechanism, and automatic sorting.

 The host computer software is designed and developed according to user requirements. 

The battery cells are automatically sorted and collected into their corresponding receivers

 according to the group information. The operation is simple, the sorting is accurate and efficient.
