We are pleased to announce that POWERTRAC GROUP has placed an order with Sunka Lead for a proposed 10 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing line in Gujarat, India.

The planned production platform is being designed around a highly automated manufacturing architecture featuring:

AI-driven manufacturing and production management

 AGV-based intelligent material movement

 Robotic assembly and material handling

 Automated inspection and testing

 Integrated BESS assembly and commissioning

The project supports Powertrac Group’s strategic expansion from solar PV manufacturing, EPC and renewable-energy IPP operations into energy storage manufacturing and BESS infrastructure.

The planned 10 GWh BESS manufacturing platform is intended to support growing demand across utility-scale energy storage, commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, renewable-energy projects, grid stabilization and ancillary services.

For Sunka Lead, this project represents another step in providing automated battery manufacturing equipment and turnkey production-line solutions for the rapidly growing energy storage market in India.
